板狀剛玉是進(jìn)口氧化鋁經(jīng)配料、粉磨和成型后,在略低于其熔點(diǎn)的超高溫條件下燒結(jié)完全的再結(jié)晶α- Al2O3,其晶體呈平板狀交錯(cuò)排列,增加了顆粒的機(jī)械強(qiáng)度;晶內(nèi)和晶間以分布均勻的閉氣孔為主,體積密度高,顯氣孔和吸水率低,減少了再制品的用液量;獨(dú)特的脫鈉工藝使產(chǎn)品中的堿性氧化物含量顯著減少,具有高耐火度、良好的熱震穩(wěn)定性、低熱收縮率和良好的熱負(fù)荷強(qiáng)度等優(yōu)越的物理性能。同時(shí),高純度避免了雜質(zhì)對(duì)系統(tǒng)的污染,是制作高級(jí)耐火材料、陶瓷材料和絕緣材料的理想原料。
